The Destination Wedding Package If you are looking for a romantic, exotic or sentimental location to hold your wedding then this is the package for you! We can provide the support you will need to find the perfect location to exchange your wedding vows. This all inclusive package allows you to relay all of your wedding day wishes to your design consultant for this once in a lifetime experience and leave the flawless execution to us.

Your wedding Consultant & staff person will manage the booking of the following vendors:

• Ceremony & Reception Site

• Caterer

• Officiate

• Baker/Cake Decorator

• Photographer

• Videographer

• Musician / DJ

• Florist/Décor

• Invitations/Stationary

• Hair/Makeup Artist/Nails

this package also includes the following:

• Wedding Budget & Payment Management

• Hotel Accommodations & Room Blocks

• Floral and Event Design

• Explanation of Marriage license requirements at the destination location

• Customized informational web page for your guests to access all details regarding your wedding weekend.

• Finalize and confirm schedules of your vendors via phone/email

• Create rehearsal and wedding weekend itinerary for bride/groom, family and attendants and email itinerary to all involved

• Prepare Schedule of Events for Ceremony, Reception, Wedding Weekend

• On-site coordination of wedding rehearsal

• On-site coordination of ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth and stress-free day!

• Handle all extra details and many more services!

* All hotel and travel accommodations must be provided for your wedding consultant and 1 staff person

Payment Policies

All monies are due and are non-refundable at the signing of the contract. Any additional last minute charges are due 3 hours prior to event in the form of a cashiers or travelers check. A $75/week late fee is applied to all past due invoices and on all returned checks.

(All agreed upon services must be in writing with signatures from Bridal Party and Events by Design, LLC)
