The Beautiful Package is designed to provide a Do-It-Yourself Wedding Planning Guide for accomplishing your wedding goals. It’s a support system to help you get started and keep you going in the right direction, as you identify and solidify the details for your special day. One member of our team of trained professionals will meet with you to discuss your vision for your wedding and collaborate with the rest of our team to come back and provide solid tips and advice to help you see your dream realized. By listening to your needs and working with your budget we will streamline your options so that you will spend less time hunting for specified information and more time enjoying the days before your beautiful wedding.

• Three - (2) Hour Meetings

• Assist with wedding budget preparation

• Creation of wedding binder with comprehensive timeline

• Provide Wedding Timeline

• Provide handout on etiquette and traditions

• Provide 3 vendor options for the following categories:

· Officiants

· Photographers

· Videographer

· Musicians / DJ

Cake Decorators

· Invitations/Favors

· Transportation

· Hair/Makeup/Nails

Payment Policies

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of one half the total package price is due at the signing of the contract. The final payment is due 1 month before the wedding. Visa/MasterCard accepted (4% surcharge) Checks are payable to Events by Design, LLC · A $75/week late fee is applied to all past due invoices and on all returned checks.

(All agreed upon services must be in writing with signatures from Bridal Party and Events by Design, LLC)
