The Elegant Package is classified as our premium support system planning service. It is designed for our bridal couples who have the venue(s) for the wedding, but need help securing details at the venue and reputable vendor support. It also includes day-of coverage to ensure a smooth and elegant day! We will research and provide information on specific vendors that meet your needs and budget. We will also schedule & attend vendor appointments as well as provide vendor management and coordination for vendors listed below:
• Officiant
• Photographer
• Videographer
• Musician / DJ
• Baker/Cake Decorator
• Invitations/Favors
• Transportation
• Hair/Makeup/Nails
this package also includes the following:
• Creation of wedding binder with comprehensive timeline
• Call to schedule vendor appointments
• Vendor Liaison
• Design Room Layout and Concept
• Hotel Room Blocks (if necessary)
• Coordinate details for Bridal Portrait
• Coordinate appointments w/each vendor and go with each vendor to scheduled
• appointments with contact at venue (time/location mutually agreed upon)
• Create customized budget (if needed) and wedding task list
• One-hour consulting meeting per each month prior to wedding
• Assist with creation of menu, floor plans, music selection and invitations and programs
• Attend one-hour finalization meeting with each vendor listed below:
• Floral and Event Design
Finalizing and confirming schedules of your vendors via phone/email
• Creating rehearsal and wedding day itinerary for bride/groom, family and attendants Prepare Schedule of Events for Ceremony, Reception, Wedding Weekend
• Distribute last payments
• Direct load of all items into appropriate vehicle

Payment Policies
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of one half the total package price is due at the signing of the contract. The final payment is due 1 month before the wedding. Visa/MasterCard accepted (4% surcharge) Checks are payable to Events by Design, LLC · A $75/week late fee is applied to all past due invoices and on all returned checks.
(All agreed upon services must be in writing with signatures from Bridal Party and Events by Design, LLC)
